Dr. Daniel Harlan Jacobson, MD

Dr. Jacobson is a wonderful doctor. He removed a very big uterine fibroid via Laparoscopic Myomectomy while preserving my uterus. He is not only compassionate, but also highly skilled and experienced which have allowed me to recover quickly with minimal pain. Really, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience and an easier recovery. I can’t thank Dr. Jacobson enough for the excellent care he’s provided. I'm truly grateful for him and his staff!

I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 17. First surgery at 18. 7 surgeries, still with severe endo, cysts and unmanageable anemia, I finally met Dr Jacobson. He spent an hour with me my first visit. He LISTENED. He noted all the details and since then has helped me find my way to almost painless days through an incredible pelvic pain clinic. He knows what I need, he calls personally, he cares deeply. I truly can't express how blessed I feel to have finally found a doctor like him.

I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Jacobson! He performed a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy on me for fibroids, and I can't imagine an easier recovery. Two other gynecologists had told me I would need a large incision. Thanks to Dr. Jacobson's care & technical skill I had only tiny incisions (despite my uterus being 10x normal size) with no post-op bleeding and next to no pain. Before the surgery, I had a uterine biopsy with him. A previous uterine biopsy with another gyn was quite painful, due to the awkward size & location of my fibroids, and afterward I bled profusely. With Dr. Jacobson, somehow the procedure was relatively painless & bloodless! During office visits Dr. Jacobson is cheerful, professional and efficient. I also appreciate that he takes into account everything else that is going on in my body. I find him to be one of the most competent and compassionate doctors I have ever worked with. I feel my health is in excellent hands with him & the rest of the wonderful… personnel @ CU Rocky Mountain.

I can't express enough gratitude for Dr. Jacobson. I was referred to him due to problems I was having and he was a miracle worker. Three years later we have a beautiful healthy baby girl. He is the kind of doctor you hope for, smart, great at his job, extremely caring, and I have never felt like just a number in his office. I rarely wait around after my scheduled time for an appointment. His nurse, Norma, wonderful as well. I truly believe if it were not for this wonderful doctor, I would not have had the chance to be a mom.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Jacobson. I was referred for heavy periods and fibroids and ended up having robotic hysterectomy. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. My surgery went great and my recovery was easier than I expected. I am so glad I chose Dr. Jacobson. I never felt rushed through anything and I really love that he made all the follow up himself to go over pathology and see how I was doing post surgery.

After two miscarriages and a million tears, I am pregnant again and am so grateful to be receiving care from Dr. Jacobson. I am blown away by how much this doctor cares, follows up personally and how extremely diligent he is. I donâ??t know what the outcome of this pregnancy will be, but I am so excited we found someone we trust wholeheartedly. I wish I found him when I first moved to Colorado- he is very impressive.

Dr J is simply THE BEST. He has the creds, a great office staff, great hospital and facilities but mostly he is a good listener, he cares, he follows up, he calls back, and -- at the top of the list-- he is an excellent surgeon. When I first met him 5 years ago I was considering a hysterectomy but decided upon the ablation procedure. He was doing robotic (DaVinci) surgery then and he had the procedure down to 3 incisions. In 2015 my needs changed and he did simply an incredible extraction with just one small incision at my belly button. Recovery was a breeze with the one incision and I am proud to show my belly button to anyone who is curious. Ladies, your well-being does not need to be challenged regularly and thanks to Dr J neither does your quality of life or attractiveness as we get older!
