Dr Daniel L. Jurewitz, MD

I was referred to Dr. Jurewitz because I was often getting dizzy and nearly fainting upon standing. I've been focusing on my health, have lost over 50 lbs and recently began strength training. Dr. Jurewitz is very knowledgeable in this area. He advised that I eat 200-400 more calories now that I'm strength training, eat more salt (my blood pressure was a bit low, a side effect of weight loss and eating healthier), and to drink 2 more glasses of water per day. These simple adjustments greatly improved my dizziness upon standing issue! Now, if it happens, I think about my food, water and salt intake so far in the day and try out what I'm most likely lacking. It was a pleasure to be able to talk about preventable health measures with a doctor. So often, it's about sick care, not health care.

I was privileged to have Dr Jurewitz as my cardiologist for several years. He is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable and gets 10 stars for bedside manner. We were devastated when learning of move to Roseville. I count myself lucky to have been his patient for a short time. I wish him happiness, peace and security in his new practice. He really is the BEST

It was a great experience from front office till my leaving. Dr Jurewitz gave me as much time as needed to express my concerns, and making sure I understood his evaluations before and after testing. Adjusted my meds, and I am feeling better. Good man.
