Dr. Daniel A Kaplan

I went to see Rachel Rosen DDS, the first time ever using the dental part of my insurance. Because I have a platinum very expensive plan, it was supposed to be $10 for the visit. Alicia, the receptionist, rather adamantly, after been seen, forced me to pay instead them $75 for the visit, profusely promising me that they'll refund me once they submitted the claim to the insurer. When I call the insurer again the plan said that they weren't supposed to do that, and what was assuming ($10 for visit) was correct. And to get back the $65 was an ordeal! This dentist was in general fine BUT the business part of this is abusive, like a den of thieves, is just a nightmare! Caveat emptor (let the buyer beware)! Or better, don't go there!

My name is Leslie Dellavalle i have seen Dr. Kaplan and i who have been so afraid of the dentist never felt so comfortable and secure i was in the right hands and to top it all off i not only felt i was welcomed i felt as if everyone there was part of my family.wonderful wonderful carring people.

A few years ago I needed several implants. Dr. Kaplan preformed the procedure and made everything about the experience more than excellent. He is meticulous, thorough and caring. His equipment is state of the art. His staff is wonderfully accommodating, and, everyone is so cheerful! Since then I see him for periodontal deep cleaning 3 times a year.

This doctor has no concern for the patient's well being. He has to have it his way or no way. Very expensive and doesn't care if the patient can afford the treatment. Everytime you speak to this guy it's at least $100. I think this Dr. would charge for the air you breath in his office. STAY CLEAR,YOU WILL REGRET GOING HERE AND WILL ONLY HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER DR!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME!
