Dr. Daniel Katselnik, MD

I am a patient at this office and the staff is extremely incompetent and DO NOT CARE! Especially the OFICE MANAGER! I paid for services that were not rendered and I have lefty at least 3 messages for her. She is not doing her job of resolving issues patients have with this medical issues. BIG FAIL! I will try again on

Dealt with some very rude staff who gave conflicting information and seemed to resent when I asked questions to clarify. My medical insurance rep even commented on how unpleasant people in this office are. I DID interact with ONE one very helpful woman, so it's not 100%. I found Katselnik to be dismissive and condescending. I will work with my primary care doc instead.

Very expensive, front desk lady is nice, back office very rude. Scheduled blood work and had to wait almost an hour. The Dr explains well but that is it. Nothing special and will return to my GP for my thyroid issues. BTW, blood work is very expensive as well.

Dr. Katselnik is caring and thorough. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. I'm so glad I found this doctor and clinic!

Tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Katselnik but was told he's two months out. And I was asked for credit card info which I don't use credit cards so this facility did not work out for me. Who gives out credit card info over the phone to complete strangers??!!

Don't go here. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. They are horrible. This is sad because I had been a patient of Dr. K for over 5 years and will now have to find a new doctor. The staff and nurses do not know how to speak or deal with the public.

I do not recommend at all. Dr. Katselnik's bedside manner was absolutely deplorable.

Dr. Daniel Katselnik is a perfect physician match for me. He is so very personable and caring. He is understanding and " in sync" with the medical issues I have, and insures that the treatment modality is the most effective. I feel comfortable asking questions, which he encourages, and definitely trust his opinions regarding my health and treatment. Being an individual who is very particular in choosing a medical specialist who meets my stringent requirements to provide my medical care, I recommend Dr. Daniel Katselnik.

This Dr took the time to explain things to me that I was not aware of with my thyroid medicine. I have only recently started taking the medicine perscribed by another Dr. and I have been taking it wrong. Asked if there were any questions...Only problem was the front office staff.

Lied to my relative, his patient, by stating that he was no longer going to practice in this field, therefore he would not continue treating my relative for diabetes. Surprised to see recent reviews, indicating the good doc is in fact, still practicing in this field. Now, I question whether his treatment did my relative more harm than good, if he has to lie about changing fields, what else did he lie about? Very unprofessional!!!!!!
