Never answers the phone even when they are open.. what does the secretary do all day if she’s not answering phone calls? Doctor is very forgetful, almost like he’s taking Xanax....

My son was in crisis and I left several messages over a period of 3 weeks for Dr. Kelleher to call me back and no response. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have been trying to reach the office as I need to reschedule an appointment and they do not call me back. Unacceptable to leave 4 messages in 7 days and never hear back.

I love Dr. Kelleher, a very nice and understanding doctor. However every single time I tried to contact the office the receptionist never ever ever answers the phone. Ive been there personally and watched her ignore phone calls 4, 5, 6 times, and then get annoyed at the fact the phone is ringing. It is vital that people are able to contact there doctor. I love the dr and linda is a sweetheart but they should deff improve on customer/patient service

I saw Dr. Kelleher for several years. While I was feeling well, he was fine....however, I had a horrible episode of panic attacks and anxiety this past year. The dr. did not return my calls. The secretary didn't even call back. As I had called up to five times in one day.....he had to know how horrible I was feeling but didn't care enough to respond to me. When I finally saw him he was actually angry that I was switching psychiatrists. He told me he didn't need me because he had many many patients. :( I go to Dr. Park now. She actually cares and calls me back. I wouldn't trust Dr. Kelleher.

Spent the time with my son - accurate diagnosis. Supportive treatment and gave referral to great therapist to work hand-in-hand.

Showed up on time. He's not in. After 39 minutes receptionist is able to contact him. He missed a flight and will not be back for 48 hours. Didn't even have the courtesy to contact his own staff. I'll be getting a new doctor immediately. Completely unprofessional.

First appointment of the day and I am sitting waiting for 29 minutes and he hasn't even arrived. So disrespectful of my time. I rushed to be here. Doesn't help with anxiety to deal with this first thing in the day

I saw him once at CPC b/c my own doctor was on leave and I've connected with him so I followed him to his new practice. The place is bright, open layout and full of good vibes. I'm glad I've decided to come here. He's great!
