Dr. Keller is brilliant physician. The people complaining seem to forget this is a walk-in clinic where the doctors can see upwards of 80-100 patients a day. With that said, in the time I was with him he was helpful and informative. His help led to a speedy recovery

I used Aurora Emergency Walk In Clinic for an allergic reaction to a bee sting. They coded this as a "new patient office visit" I have been wrestling with this office for 4 months. The treatment that was prescribed did not clear up the problem, it gave me temporary relief, I needed to see another physician. He seemed knowledgeable and concerned but spent less than 5 minutes with me, wrote a prescription and said "next" on the way out.

He could have cared less about me as a patient. He just wanted to give me drugs and send me on my way. Not impressed with him or any Aurora urgent care experience I've had.

Dr. Keller was by far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. Not only was he unprofessional, but rude. When I asked questions he made me feel like I was out of place for asking. After he finally diagnosed my condition, he gave me an informational sheet of paper and started walking out the door without explaining ANYTHING. He answered the three questions I actually squeezed in as he was standing half way out in the hallway with the door open. As if this clinic experience wasn't bad enough, he also forgot to send in my prescription.

Although the wait was a bit long, after all its walking-in clinic, doctor Keller was courteous and figured out fast what was wrong with me. I believe him to be efficient and polite and I was pleased with my visit

This was one of the worst doctor's visits I have experienced. Dr. Keller gave me 2 minutes of his time (no exaggeration) after a 2 hour wait. I had to ask questions about what to look for, be prepared for etc. if my condition worsened. He gave me no information and seemed impatient with my questions. I will not be returning to this office.
