My appointments went well. Need another appointment and have called 3 times on different days and cannot get anyone to answer my calls. Nobody has called me back. I have held on for half an hour on one of the calls. It's awful to be ignored.

Doctor is fine. The problem is that, once you are a patient you cannot get another appointment without actually going in to his office. When you call his office number you first get told your message is important. Then you are on hold a long time - 20 minutes or more. Then you get sent to voice mail! There is no way to sked an appointment if you have a new problem or need to reschedule. It might be best to find a different doc right from the start.

worst medical experience ever. Dr. Kendall refuses to speak to his patients because he “only does procedures.” If you manage to get through to the office, not the call center, you will be told you can see or speak with a PA or NP, but not the doctor. Once I waited on the phone for over 40 minutes before hanging up. I called the office and spoke to the office manager who unapologetically told me Kendall doesn’t do telemed calls and someone must have scheduled the appointment in error. That arrogant bastard billed my insurance more than $12K for injections and refused to speak to me or answer any questions. I’m currently suffering from a herniated disc and the pain specialist I saw in the hospital was shocked that Kendall didn’t bother to order an MRI or any other imaging before performing his invasive procedures. Horrible, horrible experience!

I have been seeing Dr Kendall for the past 10 years. The doctor is MUCH in demand! His front desk staff has ALWAYS been so kind and responsive to my calls and the calls of other family members that are his patients. I can't tell you enough how much you are appreciated by my family!!

My advice is to avoid this office

The doctor is fine but his staff is terrible. I have been put on hold for one and a half hours. The usual wait time is one hour to finally see him. AVOID THIS OFFICE

Dr. Kendall is an excellent doctor for procedures to reduce pain. He is caring and excellent at addressing your concerning and providing a plan to reduce your pain and help you return to better health.

Dr. Kendall's team is excellent. I usually see Katie Durland and I love how she asks good questions, listens to my thoughts and comments and talks about alternative approaches to pain management. While I am being treated for back pain, when I told her I was having upcoming hip replacement surgery, she took the time to discuss what effects it may have on my condition and suggestions for recovery. Her empathy and attentiveness are always greatly appreciated. As to the question about recommending the practice to others, I already have. His name is *NAME* and I heard that he is very pleased with Dr. Kendall. I have recommended others, but I am not sure if they ended up making appointments.
