Great doctor Very kind know his stuff and will explain it to you . Him or his staff does not rush you will answer any question you have. He goes out of his way to help you anyway he can .He is a caring doctor.

I saw Dr. Khera-Mcrackan when I was suffering from an undiagnosed kidney stone. Another urology office in Raleigh told me that I would have to wait 10 days before they could see me. Dr. Khera-Mcrackan's office got me in within 24 hours and the staff was supportive and kind. Dr. Khera-Mcrackan accurately diagnosed the kidney stone and spent plenty of time explaining the diagnosis. Although he was obviously very busy, I never felt like he was rushing through my appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Khera-Mcrackan and the entire practice. A big bonus - they have imaging equipment onsite, so you don't have to waste time and gas going to another location for an MRI or CT scan. Well-run practice!

Having Dr. Dan Mcrackan* on 'my medical team' is good+, even though I'd choose not to have see him regularly!! He's professional, knowledgeable, compassionate AND listens. To have a physician call me back is truly wonderful in today's world (especially when a message has been left for a nurse). His assisting staff members are helpful and understanding, too....and I can say I know a number of them. * His name is officially Dr. Khera-Mcrackan; yet he became my urologist before he added another part to his name!

With the worst news and diagnosis, I was blessed to be referred and seen by the most impressive and caring physician I have ever met. Informative, realistic and superbly competent. His pre-op information, surgical talent and post operative care are unrivaled. He not only saved my life, but formed a bond with me and my family that will never be forgotten. His staff is professional, caring and make you feel like you are the only person being seen today.
