This doctor has primitive methods! No nurses to assist him with procedures. Runs around his office, which by the way is in shambles, to retrieve instruments he needs. Charged me $ 800 up front for tests when my insurance covered 100% because I had already met my deductible. Then I had to call repeatedly to get my money back. After four months I still haven’t received reimbursement. Luckily I was able to see another urologist that took care of my situation in a timely professional manner. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!!

Wants to see me every 3 weeks. Too obsessive in my opinion. Also has a skeleton staff. Two receptionists besides himself and they converse with each other all the time in Mexican. Wait time was over an hour each time.

Dr. Khouri is a very skilled, trustworthy surgeon, a good listener, well educated, caring. Dr Khouri has saved my life twice, he is very qualified and ethical. I am a Medicare patient, he has always treated me with the best of care and respect. Dr. Khouri has performed a TURP surgery on me and saved my life, and has treated me for UTI and BPH for two years with great success.

Dr. Khouri is thorough and very knowledgeable. He and his staff are professional and caring. Short wait times in the office.

Dr Khouri did a 15 minute procedure and had me pay up front promising to return whatever wasn’t covered by insurance. 4 months later I still haven’t been reimbursed, he avoids calls and won’t respond to emails. I’ll probably be out several hundred dollars from this thief. Complaints have been filed to Texas Medical board and with my insurance. This guy is a slime ball.

Please stay away from this doctor. You can find a better doctor (urologist) in Ector county than him.

My mother had a kidney stent put in by Dr. Khouri in the ER. She went to her followup to his office and he said he could not remove it since he does not accept her insurance, but that he would charge her $1,000 and he would do it right there. She went to her clinic to get referred elsewhere. A different urologist saw her to remove the stent, but after he saw a scan of the kidney/stent he told her Dr. Khouri had to finish his work and remove it himself. We have been calling Dr. Khouri's office everyday, but he is never available. My mother is in pain and he does not want to remove the stent. This has been going on for over a couple of months and is wrong on so many levels.

Incidental findings of my kidneys while having other issues. Dr Khouri, r has answered every question I have had, the wait in his office is always minimal, he spent as much time with me as I needed. He did sonogram in his office, showed my wife what he thoughtâ?¦. He read my MRI's, CT Scans immediately while I waited in his office, he sent me to have these procedures done in the morning and same day I was back at his office hearing the finding and the plan of action. I recommend this doctor, his office is a bit of disarray, he may be remodeling, I didn't ask. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone having kidney issues.
