I found Dr. Kim through another doctor who highly recommended him for my very rare type of kidney cancer. He was incredible and I am now cured.

I traveled from North Carolina because my doctors recommended I see Dr. Kim for my rare cancer. He put me as ease immediately and he has also published research on my rare cancer. I feel lucky to be in his hands.

I was referred from the University of Virginia by my neuro-oncologist to see Dr. Kim for a very rare brain tumor. Dr. Kim successfully treated me and I cannot say enough good things about him as he saved my life.

I was treated for prostate cancer March and April of 2025 and Dr. Kim managed my Proton Beam treatment. UMR initially denied this type of radiation in favor of a less expensive more intrusive program. Dr. Kim provided additional justification and UMR eventually approved the Proton Beam option. I am out 9 months from treatment and there is no sign of cancer ! Because of Dr. Kim's brilliant treatment program I am also free of any residual side effects from radiation. Everything works!

I moved my husband's care from Johns Hopkins cancer center due to no one explaining what was going on. We were lucky to get in with Dr. Kim and the difference was amazing. He spent a lot of time explaining everything that had gone on. And to his credit, he never once spoke poorly about Johns Hopkins and was much more diplomatic. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kim. It is very difficult to get an appointment with him because of how busy he is and how frequently he is requested.

He is one of the most remarkable physicians I have ever met and I say that as another physician. I never leave reviews but Dr. Kim is truly special. I was diagnosed with a meningioma and after multiple consultations, I ended up receiving proton beam radiation with Dr. Kim.
