I feel a sense of resolve knowing that my medical care and concerns are in the hands of Dr. Klein, his medical team, and me! the patient who has the responsibility to assist in my health care resulting in positive outcomes.

If I could leave zero stars for this place in this doctor I would. this guy needs to be put out of business and anyone who goes here doesn't care about their health because this doctor doesn't care about your health. After a recent visit resulted in me walking out before being seen I thought that everyone should know how this office operates. The reception is to checks you in handles urine samples without gloves. That should be alarming enough to anybody. furthermore she doesn't wear a mask what's the weather in the time of covid-19. This is a doctor's office who is seeing people who may be infected and the receptionist cannot be bothered to wear a mask. The nurse, the only one who works there, doesn't seem to know how to wear a mask. It doesn't go on your chin. after having read reviews from others dating back years about this doctor and his practices of seeing cash patients before those with insurance and other unscrupulous claims I can only say they are true. In the half an hour… that I sat there waiting to see the doctor, before I saw the urine samples being handled by the receptionist without gloves, the doctor was getting a software lesson from some marketing guy in full hearing of the entire office. because of this I now know how to operate their unsecured computers! I've already reported this doctor's office to health officials and unless you're desperate I cannot see any reason why anybody would go here. I gave the doctor's office plenty of opportunity to respond prior to writing this email and they didn't even have the courtesy to do so. Run don't walk away from this guy who needs to have his license pulled.

This doctor seriously overbooks. So, be sure & bring a good book. You will surely finish it. Part of the problem is that they accept walkins, and appointments, and will see the walkins before the appointments. My experience.

Poorest patient (lack of) service staff possible. Fundamentally rude and incompetent - completely unprofessional in every way. Got appoints wrong (both time and person) and multiple problems with refills. Most recently, 7 days to respond (after 2nd call) to simple cholesterol med refill request then refused refills until meritless appoint was made - effectively no medicine for at least 2 weeks! Do you want to go without your meds for weeks? Go ANYWHERE elsewhere, I am and am not alone.

Danny Boy is the worst dctor imaginable and is a disgrace to the medical profession. He is clueless, disorganized, and not attentive. Simply in medical terms he has his Head up his Rectum!!! Do Not waste your time with this quack.

Very professional staff answered all my questions. Dr. Klein listened to my concerns and assured me of his plan of action.

I only went to dr. Klein because it was an urgent issue and I was referred by another doctor. Thinking my referring doctor was nice, I figured maybe dr. Klein would be nice and maybe the negative reviews were outdated or exaggerated. I was sorely mistaken. Dr. Klein did not once look me in the eyes during my visit, had his back to me the whole time,was cold, abrupt, and vague. I left,ore confused than when I had arrived and without proper instruction. The girl who answers his phones is incredibly rude and the nurses and medical staff are nice but Dr. Klein and his nurse practitioner are rude cold and seemingly in need of cntinuing education as they were clueless . Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. My guess is anyone would be better than Dr. Klein.

my neighbor who is 70 years old needed to desperately see him and he was going on vacation and would not see her before he went.She was supposed to see him when he got back and the office cancelled her appointment stating he was TOO BUSY to see her.She needed to see him for an ongoing problem and it required a referral.She cried hysterically and begged them to see her and HE REFUSED.WHAT A HORROR !!!I hope someone calls there insurance co and reports this garbage Dr. He does not know what the HIppocratic Oath is and I am a Medical Professional and am disgusted by him !I am amazed and happy to see how many people posted negative reports on him and hope he reads them.

When Dr. Klein first took on my mother, she was in a nursing home. One day when I visited, I was told she was not eating and depressed. I called on a holiday weekend and Dr. Klein returned my call ordered an IV and an appetite enhancing antidepressant and she was immediately better. He has been great for her. She has been treated by him for a few years now since she lives at home. If not, she would not be alive now.
