Very knowledgeable, patient, and caring doctor.

Dr. Kluger diagnosed a condition without asking me even the most basic questions about my condition. Consequently, he made an off hand diagnosis which led to a useless intravenous massive dose of antibiotics. My record now contains a very embarrassing false diagnosis that had nothing to do with my actual condition which was a kidney stone. Avoid this practice.

I faxed Dr. Kluger a six-page fax with awful symptoms I've been experiencing, with details from the start of symptoms. Not only did Dr. Kluger not respond to my fax, when I called his office a few days later and told them I had a "emergency situation" and needed to see him right away, I got no call back. I am a previous patient of his that was diagnosed with Mycobcterium 2 years ago, and can't believe, especially considering my previous diagnosis, that he blew me off like that. Oh, and I DO have insurance.
