This is absolutely THE WORST office I have ever had the displeasure of contacting. The woman who answered the phone was one of the rudest and least helpful people I have ever encountered. She was literally trying to talk me out of setting an appointment and kept telling me the doctor only treated one type of mental health issue, but she couldn't tell me what it was because then everyone will say they have it.. What?!

Only dr that could give me more than one hr of sleep at night sometimes no sleep at all,only dr who knows how to treat my anxiety understands my OCD the best one who has treated my manic depression, if there was 10 stars here he would get it from me awesome Dr

This quack has been seeing my daughter for some time, he is brainwashing her and giving her meds . She is lonely and he sees that to his advantage. When a doctor tries to turn someone against their parents, there is a problem. Parents are parents no matter what anyone says. I think HE is the problem!

Dr gave me 3 medications, did not work, then he switched my medicine and made my issues worse.

The guy's good at what he does. Helped tremendously.

i HAVE BEEN SEING THIS DR SINCE 1999 AND I HAVE THE MOST CONFIDENCE IN HIM THAN I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANYONE ELSE. IN THE BEGINNING WE HAD TO TRY SEVERAL DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS BUT ONCE WE GOT IT WRIGHT IT HAS BEEN WONDERFUL

The previous comment pretty much said it all for me...I am very uncomfortable w/the Idea of this "Dr" writing my prescriptions. He wrote the wrong rx for me and it's been 10 days and I still am waiting for it to be corrected. I live in Tomball and have been a patient of Dr. K for nearly 10 years. How could he do this to me? Certainly, he Must have known or at least was toying with the idea of leaving? I think it is unfair that he put my mental health in the care of a Dr. whom I will NEVER see,only his "Nurse" Just a little heads up and the option to stay or leave would have sufficed...So confused right now, I just don't know what to do.

Saw Dr. K for several years. Showed up for an appointment that had been scheduled for 3 months, only to be handed a letter, dated that day, stating that he had retired and turned the practive over to a colleage; another psychiatrist. I was seen by the other doctor's nurse practitioner. I have no idea what my "new" doctor looks like, and I was written prescriptions for very powerful medications by a nurse practitioner that had no clue as to who I was, what my issues are, what medications have worked (or failed) in the past. Two weeks later, I was again in the office for other reasons, and a patient was in a full anxiety attack, having just that day received the same letter. No phone calls, no warnings or notice of this retirement. VERY unprofessional of Dr. Koppersmith to walk away from his practice in this way. If you thought the prior staff was rude, wait until you meet the new cast of idiots.

I missed 3 appointments in a row and was dumped and told to find a new doctor. the first mussed appointment was all my fault. The second appointment missed was due to being stuck in traffic due toan accident and the third I was in the hospital having a lung drained of fluid. Dr. Koppersmith is a good doctor but do not miss appointments and be dropped and forced to start over, I saw him for many years and this was unfair.

This doctor was completely unprofessional and uncaring. His office looks like a small house with no signs to indicate that it is an office. It smelled of moth-balls and the staff was rude! Find another doctor this one is NOT worth the wait you will have just to get in for an appointment!
