I haven't visited. I was looking for a gastroenterologist and read the reviews. Most of them indicate that he thinks everyone needs a Shrink or they are mental cases. That might be because his wife is a psychiatrist and that would work out well for both of them! And, having been treated at one time by his wife, I can tell you that she's no prize package either. Cold, detached, and not empathetic. She is in it for the money to prescribe the drugs.

Spends more time with me than any other doctor. He seems to care about me as a TOTAL person. I see from other reviews that they found this intrusive, but I find him discussing my health in all ways from my weight to my stress, looking at the total person to be refreshing, caring. Besides gastroenterologist credentials, he is specializes in internal medicine which DOES look at the total person. He is my favorite doctor. Fun personality and really knows his field.

Thinks everyone needs a shrink. Performed an endo. Never rec'd pathological results. Turns out Microscopic Colitis, probably SIBO as well, but never received pathology results, if any exist. Run!

He is NUTS and thinks everyone else is crazy. He is a insulting, know it all, arrogant piece of work. Don’t waste your time he is whacked.

Was recommended to him by a friend, felt discriminated by a judgemental Dr due to my “life style” They lied about swabs being tested, they got “lost” Waited almost two weeks for other biopsy results. I had to contact myself the pathologist lab to get them, to find out they had already been sent to Dr Kosches office for days. During that time front desk lady kept telling there were not back yet. Lies Lies Lies and incompetence

He thinks he is a therapist. He judges you and harasses you. Not a good one As a gastro guy so so. He does his usual procedures but has nothing health wise. Only knows drugs & mutilation. Ironic that he can only offer drugs yet accuses you of self medicating.
