Dr. Daniel Jay Krauss, MD

Needed to get an appointment, but was delayed for a month+. Staff very tentative and unhelpful - did not take charge of the situation to find a way to work it out. I passed, and so, on to another Dr. Very disappointed.

Dr. Krauss treated me for a highly aggressive prostate cancer in 2016. Treatment include Brachy Therapy and extensive radiation. I consider him to be a caring and highly skilled physician. I am cancer free today and I give the lion share of the credit to Dr. Krauss.

Care & skill, what you look for in a doctor & that doctor's support staff. They were extremely reassuring, accommodating, warmly supportive, and proficient. I would very highly recommend Dr. Krauss & his staff to anyone.

Dr. Krauss's assistant came in first and gave me a lot of information. Very nice and easy to talk to. Dr. Krauss came in and gave me a lot of the same information and added more detail, which was good for me because when you are diagnosed with cancer you don't hear everything you should the first time. He has great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone.

It's so difficult for him to show up for an appointment, sometimes I think the guy is a myth. To judge his ability would be pointless since he always seems to have something more important to do than advise me on my lung cancer treatment.If my insurance pays to see a doctor, it would be nice for him to pick up on his part of the bargain. Last time, I waited 40 minutes before a nurse came in and told me Krauss was too busy to see---another 15 minutes before his assistant finally came in. His nurse-her knowledge of the field starts and stops at "I don't know."
