Dr. Daniel Wesley Krueger

Doctor Daniel W. Krueger, President and Majority Owner of Transitions Dental Company, graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1999. Doctor Krueger quickly became a sole proprietor of LifeSmiles Dentistry in 2001. At LifeSmiles Dentistry Doctor Krueger developed a ‘Patient First‘ philosophy that helped triple the service rendered to patients within the first two years. Doctor Krueger has obtained many hours of continuing education in Endodontic Procedures, Implant dentistry, and Patient Sedation. Doctor Krueger is a guest Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, where he has had the opportunity to instruct Dental Assisting Students in the art of Expanded Functions duties. In addition Doctor Krueger has performed over 100 hours of lecture on various topics including, surgical principles of implant dentistry, surgical principles of third molar extractions, preeminent customer care.
Doctor Krueger loves the state of Indiana and living in his home town of West …Lafayette where he graduated High School from. He is married to his dear friend and partner; Karri and has three wonderful children. He enjoys spending time coaching them in baseball, leading a local Boy Scout Troop as Scoutmaster and playing piano.
Karri Krueger is a founding partner of Transitions Dental Company and brings almost 20 years of dental experience to the corporate team. She graduated with honors in 1992 with her CDA and has been in dentistry ever since. In 2008 Karri completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a 4.0 GPA from Minnesota School of Business. Setting and achieving high goals, such as Dean’s List every semester, is one of Karri’s great Strengths. Karri also has a strong financial background, loves to analyze numbers and help others feel successful in their positions at TDC. Karri has always had a patient first perspective and enjoys recruiting others in the cause of preeminent dentistry!
Karri married her wonderful husband Dan in 1992. They have three great children who keep them really busy in everything from piano to football to dance. Karri is always family focused and loves to be around her children. Some of her favorite activities include watching chick flicks (of all kinds), dancing, karaoke, cooking and amusement parks.
Brad Meldrum is a founding partner of Transitions Dental Company and brings over 35 years of business experience to the company. Brad worked for a major bank for many years filling many roles from front line customer service positions to training development and delivery as well as senior management positions responsible for commercial and consumer lending. He has also owned and operated a business consulting firm as well as an investment services company. During his working life, Brad has constantly completed continuing education programs through various universities finally earning his MBA degree in 1994. Brad loves the challenge of building and growing a company to achieve its full potential.
Brad is married to his lifelong best friend, Penny, and together they enjoy family outings, college football and basketball games, travel to warm places and gardening. He also enjoys many sports – golf, basketball, hiking in the mountains, football with grandsons – and long walks. Brad and Penny have two wonderful daughters, two great sons-in-law and 5 awesome grandchildren.
 Penny Meldrum is part owner and Corporate Secretary for Transitions Dental Company and has acted in that capacity since 2005. Penny has extensive work experience as a Financial Assistant at a mutual fund brokerage firm. She also managed a government foster home where she helped and nurtured 29 foster children. Penny has a keen eye for detail and is extremely organized and helps the company in just about every capacity.
Penny is a 6 year breast cancer survivor who loves travelling, cooking and gardening – making her home welcoming and comfortable to all. Penny has been married for over 38 years with two married daughters and five wonderful grandchildren.
