From the time you walk in, check in with receptionist, you are greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. Dr Lauer always explains his treatment before and during the procedure which relieves any anxiety. My treatment was successful and I would highly recommend Dr. Lauer to anyone who would need his expertise.

I was very impressed with Dr. Lauer and all his staff that I encountered. It was clear they enjoyed working there. The front office staff and his assistants are very efficient, sociable and knowledgeable. Dr. Lauer took his time to explain in detail my diagnosis and his treatment plan. His professional and caring approach and detailed post-operative instructions made my procedure comfortable and virtually pain-free. He and his staff have always made themselves available for a post-operative consult. I highly recommend Dr. Lauer and would never hesitate to use him again. Kudos to them!!
