Hello, I'm Daniel Lee! I'm excited to meet you and help you with your therapy progress. Together we'll work to make sure you're feeling more like yourself soon.
My ideal clients are between the ages of 14-50. I cover a wide range of topics with my clients - from school-related issues, addictions, anxiety, depression, and couples counseling. Therapy is a collaborative effort, so clients who do the best work with me are looking to better themselves and become more productive.
In my sessions, I normally use a mix of modalities, namely DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. If you have any questions about these modalities don't be afraid to reach out to me about this, I want to answer these questions with you!
A little more about me, I am a family guy with 4 kids. I enjoy working with people and walking alongside them in their journey to become productive citizens. My wife and I are both school counselors so I have dealt with a range of different aspects and issues in life. I have been a school …counselor for 18 years and I have had my own private practice for 2 years.
