Dr. Daniel Evan Leifer

After all the great reviews, I looked forward to establishing skin care with Dr. Leifer, starting with an annual skin check (fair skin, lots of sun damage), and it was the least through skin check I've ever had. For a couple of areas I was concerned about, he looked them up on the computer as though he wasn't really sure what it was. On top of that, despite my years of sun exposure, he told me that I don't need regular skin checks. Experience matters, and I subsequently went to another derm who was extremely thorough and froze a couple of suspicious areas that Dr. Leifer missed.

The annual visit was very thorough. I received information about possible medication side affects. I felt very comfortable during the exam.

What a great experience! I went to Skagit because of a free skin testing. I was going to make an appointment with my primary doctor about a thing that wasnt going away on my arm and this free testing showed up. The staff was professional and wuickly hereded me into the examination room. Dr. Leifer came in and wuickly looked at my concerns and wanted to freeze it off my arm. Came back promptly and apologized that he couldnt do it since it was free clinic and asked me to wait a bit to see if anything could be done. He must have gotten some wheels churning. Meanwhile he checked in with me several times apologizing for my wait. Finally, he said the powers that be must have me make an appointment and then he could treat me. I went to the receptionist awaiting my arrival, took my medical docs and sent me back in to get my freezing!!! All throughout, Dr. Leifer showed compassion, empathy, and concern, all the while carrying himself i. a professional manner. He’s not my doctor, but if you… happen to get him, you will receive a great experience!!!!

Dr Leifer is the Best. Easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable, traits not easy to find. Dr Leifer takes the time to answer any questions and answers them in relatable verbiage.
