Dr. Daniel Warren Levine, MD

Was seeing Dr Levine and courtney for IUI and IVF. Doctor Levine used the wrong protocol for a patient with my condition. Then wanted to do an exploratory surgery because of something on my ultrasound that he believed to be fluid. When I refused, he sent me for a MRI. He then wanted to do surgery again because of the MRI results. I am so glad I went for a second and third opinion before scheduling surgery with him. Dont expect doctor Levine to look you in the face when he tells you things, ummm is a favorite word of his, and dont expect good answers when you question him on anything.

I enjoyed Dr Levine. I felt he was honest and compassionate. IVF and fertility is super hard but his was warm and thoughtful. Loved Courtney and the rest of the staff. We had a great experience and would recommend.

Infertility will never be pleasant. Shots, bloodwork, surgery, tears, etc. However, Dr. Levine's office made it so much better. Dr. Levine and Courtney performed all procedures as seamlessly as they could, given the circumstances. The front desk knows us by face and name and was always pleasant. Jess was incredible in terms of her support during billing and insurance claims. Liz and the nurses held my hand when my husband wasn't available, let me scream and cry, and everyone always listened when we had questions or concerns. when we got pregnant and "graduated" on to our regular OB, leaving HVF behind was bittersweet. I highly recommend them, especially because it is a small clinic with more time for individualized attention. This is something you will need during the journey. 6 IUIs, 1 IVF, and 2 surgeries later, we do not regret anything. The only issue we had was with Melissa the surgery scheduler -she never called us back, made mistakes with the scheduling, and was rude. But she… was easy to ignore given everything else!

I started out as a patient in the somers office and had to go to the fishkill location for a couple procedures. Always trust your instincts! I sensed the staff did not particularly care for the patients from the "other" location. I wasnt acknowledged with the same welcoming tones as "their" patients. The one staff member was looking for my chart and was told that it must be in the "iui" pile. Thank you so very much for categorizing me as a procedure instead of a human being with a name. Nevertheless I had 3 unsuccessful iui's and the last procedure was so uncomfortable and when I asked Dr. Levine why he said i had strictures. This had NEVER been mentioned before. When i brought it up to my regular doctor, that was confirmed to be false! Fast forward i left their practice and i am pregnant! The front desk staff is rude and uninviting. I have also been trying to receive a phone call back from Ava in the billing department who REFUSES to call you back despite leaving several messages.… She graces you with an email so she doesnt have to deal with you in person and doesnt resolve any issues with that being said. Save your money and heartache and find another clinic!

I went to Dr. Levine at Hudson Valley Fertility after having a horrible experience at another center. I cannot recommend Dr. Levine any more highly!! He is very warm, kind, makes you feel like you are a part of the process. He is willing to listen and tailor the process based on what you are comfortable with and what he thinks will really work for you. His staff is amazing there is always someone available to answer your questions.

Levine is performing unnecessary surgical procedures. Stay away. He perforated my uterus during a surgery that was unnecessary and in addition to that I couldn't walk for weeks post surgery. He created so much damage. I would stay far away. There are so many qualified doctors. He is not one.

I went to Hudson Valley after going to another provider. I am pleased to say after meting with him, he was able to answer all of my questions and explained my medical history. His staff was very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fertility doc.

I have been a patient with Hudson Valley Fertility for quite some time now and although I enjoy working with the staff and the providers I have had a very unpleasant experience with the billing department. I have tried to speak with the biller on multiple occasions to resolve some billing concerns and have been advised she only works certain days a week and mostly outside of business hours. I have been through treatment several times and each time I am financially counseled by the women I always have claims still processing even when it’s been several months. As I previously stated I have been a patient for some time now and this is still a major concern I have and I hope it gets resolved soon .

Going through fertility treatments can be a very difficult time. Hudson Valley Fertility were welcoming and supportive. Courtney and Liz were incredible to work with. I can't say enough positive things about them. Caring, understanding, honest, and available to answer questions anytime. Dr. Levine was also a pleasure to work with. He was very reassuring and after having a setback told me "don't worry, we'll figure this out". He was right! We are welcoming our miracle in January! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has been struggling with starting a family.

While it look us a little longer to become pregnant. I did get pregnant my first round of IVF. Always helpful. Courtney answered every email I ever sent within a few hours. Always very positive and supportive
