Dr. Daniel Theodore Lis, MD

He is the most straight forward pediatric Dr that ive ben too. All of my children are seen by him he gets on there level and finds out whats going on from there perspective and still talks to the parent .

We've been with Dr Lis for over 5 years and we absolutely love him. He talks to the child first, which makes the child more comfortable in future visits. He answers any question I may have and explains what he is doing, for example he explained (to my boys) what a hernia is and why the cough test is needed for a boys physical. He's down to earth and funny. My 2 boys ask for him any time we go to the doctor. Couldn't ask for a better ped's doctor!

Dr. Lis will sit & crawl on the floor if needed to interact in a fun way with children. Never seen a Dr. Like him before!

Dr. Lis is absolutely wonderful with my children! The first time I took one of my children to see him he came into the room, introduced himself to my child, sat cross-legged on the table next to her, and asked what he could help her with. He directs his questions directly to my children, which threw me at first, but my children love that he does and I'm used to it now. When giving exams, Dr. Lis explains what he is doing to the children and asks permission of them before looking at any sensitive areas. He takes the time to talk to them and puts my children completely at ease and makes them laugh until their sides hurt (and let me be honest, me too!). He is almost "Patch Adams" like in the way he can be so silly but he doesn't go overboard. One of my children has a rather rare condition that he was able to diagnose quickly. I feel completely confident in his abilities as a doctor and recommend him highly.

Dr. Lis was extremely professional, and he was wonderful putting my child at ease.
