He sent my acct to collections, which does not show $60 payment made months ago. I don't have the shoe pads he wants me to pay 700.00 for even though his cost was 118.00 . I paid 188.00 so far, and they won't leave me alone, even though I have paid for them and more. Really poorly run office. Scary.

I was told to order a pair of orthotics. The real charge was $118.00 for both, as one was simply a piece of thick cloth. He is billing me for $700.00. I have tried to pick them up and offered 3 times the price and the assistant just walked away. Blue Cross Blue Shied only allows them to charge 129.00, which I have sent. They won't give me the inserts, and are still billing me over $500.00 more for something they won't let me have and cost 1/7 of what he wants.

I was given rods during my operation for corns and bunions. I had discussed I didn't want to be deformed for life. Dr. Luetkehans put them in anyway, and told me afterward, smiling non-nonchalantly, "well, we have to operate again. " I am often in pain and cannot wear feminine shoes of any kind. Don't go to him!
