Dr. Martinez and his staff portray a welcoming feeling with each visit. They have exceptional customer service, as well as exceptional doctors who are so nice. So thankful and grateful.

Dr. Martinez was extremely welcoming. He made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole consultation. He was very thorough and made me feel like all my issues were addressed with confidence and without judgement. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Appointments are made and always needing rescheduling. They always want to switch you to others in the practice. One of the girls at the office (Lombard) is very rude. She is very condescending. He always seems to take vacations every summer leaving his patients scrambling to make up appointments till after 3 months. If he was a doctor who cared he would open more time slots to accommodate the one he canceled due to vacations. If you have the last appointment of the day-it will be rushed because he needs to leave although he took you in 15-20 minutes past your appointment time. As he is the only one who speaks Spanish (he knows this), it monopolizes the care and offers bad office hours with him.

It seems the practice is quite overbooked. The doctor sees you initially, but then it's difficult to get an appt with him. He relies on the nurse practitioner for follow up appointments. The office is dusty and a lot of hair on the furniture. There are no children's books or magazines in the waiting room. Surprising since so many kids seen here have trouble being still.

Dr. Martinez is great. He is always polite and so is everyone else there. There is a little bit of a wait in the waiting room, but otherwise it's great!

Dr Martinez was caring, honest, practical, available and very knowledgeable. He coordinates with homeopathic doctors if the parent wants to try natural options. He offers imaging and testing for a thorough diagnosis.

What a wonderful Dr. He spends time with my family and always seems to make them his #1 priority no matter what he has going on. You couldn't ask for anything better.
