Dr. Daniel Louis Maxwell, DO

I started seeing Dr. Maxwell in 2020. I appreciate his thoroughness in getting to the bottom of what was going on in my lungs through tests, biopsies, and appointments with him. Sure, sometimes the wait time was long in the office, but having him rule out cancer, or other diseases was the best part. He wasn't going to stop until he got an answer. We did finally get an answer, and am thankful to him for not putting it off. It seemed like I would see him every other week and the other weeks I had tests, or biopsies of my lungs. Wonderful doctor and staff!

Today was miserable and poor customer service in follow up to overnight sleep study. Sad because the initial consult w/ Maxwell and the actual sleep study were very good. Doubt I will be coming back.

Dr. Maxwell took care of my father and saved his life twice while he was in the ICU. My father had chest tubes, was on a ventilator, had a trach tube and IV drips and he nearly died. Eventually, my dad improved and went to a Nursing Home to recover and had Rehab. After a couple of months, he went home and was able to get the trach tube out. This was a long ordeal for the family, but he survived thanks to Dr. Maxwell.

Initially, I was mis-diagnosed by a physician in the Saginaw, Michigan area. Dr. Maxwell was able to correctly determine my problem and, in addition, was able to diagnose my allergy to cats which has never been done before!

Awesome Doctor. God and Dr. Maxwell saved my life.

Cancels for wife's plastic surgery. Patient complains of chronic cough and lump in throat. He continues to cancel and over phone call in z packs and steroids. Finally patient goes to a walk in and demands x Ray. She has lung cancer and is dead a year later. Did not do chest x Rays on copd former 40 year smoker, yet signed off for two surgeries that she was clear. She stopped breathing in one and had to be resuscitated. Perhaps had those x rays been done and those appointments not been cancelled this patient, my mother, would have had a fighting chance.
