Dr Merenda is a truly exceptional ENT Doctor. I had an aggressive cancer with disease that spread into my neck. He performed an extensive 8 hour surgery and has been excellent from the day I first saw him through the entire process. He not only performed his portion of care with expertise and skill, but got me into the right hands for my chemo and radiation therapy. I am over one year cancer free and he continues to keep a close eye on me. I would recommend Dr Merenda to anyone, he is an amazing surgeon and caring person!

I stuck it out with this doctor until after my surgery because I wanted my thyroid cancer removed. The office forgot to call me, after dangerously low calcium levels were found, to have me go to hospital. My levels were low because he messed up in surgery. I am stuck with low calcium for the rest of my life. They also had me come into to see the doctor a day after all of that. I waited an hour just to be taken back and told there were no doctors there that day. I walked out and never returned.

Dr Merenda is not only an excellent surgeon, he is also easy on the eyes! I had heard from a couple of my acquaintances how professional and thorough he was but he surpassed all of my expectations!

Wonderful Care-- I had a follow up appointment post op for partial thyroidectomy, he removed the drain, explained all the post op issues that could arise, and answered my questions in detail. Great Doctor.

I've been seeing doctor merenda for over 3 years. He was the only doctor able to correctly diagnose a small lump in my neck as CANCER, and surgically remove it. I had been to several other ent doctors who told me the lump was nothing to worry about, thank God Dr Merenda was there to evaluate me when he did, or who knows what would have happened! He is extremely knowledgable if you have a real ENT problem that needs attention!
