Dr. Daniel Alan Narup, DDS

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DENTIST. DOES NOT HAVE THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO WORK ON ONE'S TEETH AND MOUTH. OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT ACT IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

I was a patient of Dr, Narup's for years and before he moved to Sunset Hills I thought he was a fantastic dentist, very caring, and really put his patients first. Several years ago he remarried and his new wife entered the picture and things began to change. He moved to a fancier office, his wife became the office manager, and you could immediately tell that she was the driving force behind his practice. Office hours are no longer setup for the convenience of his patients. He only works several days a week and some of the time is only there for a half day. It now seems that if you have a problem, his first course of treatment is to send you out for a root canal and then bring you back in the office to set you up with an expensive crown. He does as little work as possible, concentrating on selling big ticket items. I totally lost faith in Dr. Narup and when going to a new dentist had to have much of the work that Dr. Narup had done on me redone. Crowns were not put on properly and… several teeth actually rotted from underneath the crown. Fortunately my new dentist has redone most of the work and has even met me on Sundays a couple of times when I was experiencing extreme pain. At one time Dr. Narup really was a fantastic dentist but evidently his wife now runs him and his dental practice.
