If you go in with several problems you are fortunate if he addresses one. Go in with a cold , he doesn't look at your throat or ears. Looks at blood results from about a year ago and now informs you that you have diabetes.

My Grandfather used to go to Dr.Nguyen and it was the biggest mistake. He may be great for younger people but for elderly patients complete TRASH. Dr.Nguyens Bedside manner is awful and instead of attempting to fix my grandfather or at least help assist him with his medical issues, Dr.Nguyen defaults to “You’re old and I cannot help you”. That is unacceptable. You’re a Doctor and you can’t at least assist him with his pain. I’m not asking to make him a 25 year old again. But every visit my grandfather goes in for (minor issues and important issues) has the same response “That’s just because you’re older I can’t do anything for you”. Dr.Nguyen can’t do anything to alleviate muscle cramps in his legs?? Yet his new doctor is starting him on a plan with 5 different ways to help him get some relief. You can tell Dr.Nguyen just doesn’t care. That is completely unacceptable.

He doesn't listen. You get more help from an Urgent Care

Dr Nguyen in my own dealing with southwest medical,has been ,hands down the (Very Best),he is easy to talk to,and unlike a lot of other staff,he seems to really care.i have nothing,but positive to say about him.

He seems very rushed. Doesn’t listen to your medical problems and when you ask for a specific test for a long term problem, he blows you off and you feel he can’t wait to get rid of you. Definitely not going back.

Whatever your medical problem is, he doesn't have a good solution. He is void of people skills. Urgent Care in same building has better staff and is open 7 days a week

Staff is incompetent doesn't listen to my issues, very in personable. Doctor seems put out in the exam room like your wasting his time very rushed...do not recommend
