From the moment I first met Dr. Nijensohn I felt I was in the best hands. He took care of me with professionalism, compassion and amazing expertise. His staff was always there to help me to go through all the hurdles that mejor neurosurgery entails. I am very lucky to have had Dr. Nijensohn as my neurosurgeon and owe him my life.

He operated on my back twice and the second time he screwed it up that I had to get reconstructive surgery. It was an awful experience. I will never be pain free again and I am 61.

Know that this surgeon no longer is affiliated with St Vincent's, whereas he was when I had spine surgery. Know also that his website had given him the credential of "Chief of Neurosurgery" at St Vincent's when the website of St Vincent's had him as "Staff Neurosurgeon." Know also that if any staff at the office is introduced as a nurse to research the name and credential of that staff member; I wish I had!
