He was rude to the patient and staff and arrogant.

After many heart procedures performed by Dr. N, I am financial broke and my condition is worse than when I first started this treatment plan. OH, how I wish I would have just rallied on the blood thinners and went on with my almost normal life. Now after my body has been experimented on, my life style is that of a person 20 to 25 years my senior. Because of trying to get help, my condition is definitely worse. Office visits in this conglomerate owned age, consists of seeing an endless number of NP's instead of an actual Dr. NP's are just glorified RN's who can't deviate from a written script and can't answer actual questions about the patient's case. All this cloak and dagger system, ends up wasting actual valuable treatment time. There should be somewhere a person can check the Dr's actual "Win- Loss Record". Before a person lets them turn you into a "LAB RAT". Word of mouth, especially from the "hospital boss's" will never be a true assessment of the Dr.'s… ability to have success in your case.

He is arrogant! I went to better college than him! He is arrogant, egotistical to his patients and staff.

I found Dr. Noonan to be a "down to earth" person who communicated to me in a frank albeit respectful manner. His interventions with me were done in skillful manner. I appreciated his level of expertise and its positive impact on my health.
