Dr. Daniel Norman, MD

I waited over an hour to see Dr Norman and when we met he talked at me - steadily- for our entire meeting. He really never listened but told me what to do about my sleep problem. period. go. I found him indifferent and i even suspected he had been napping before he was finally appeared. I had asked the front desk how much longer I would have to wait and within minutes i was taken to his office. The waiting room was empty by the way! I recently called for an appointment about a pulmonary problem and felt oh well, I'll ask to see him with my question. Well, in spite of his identification saying 'accepting new patience' AND even though I am already a sleep patient!! he refused to see me - I should say though his front desk who had answered my call and directed my questions to him. I rate this guy as HEY, RETIRE!

Fantastic MD!!!!!!

I have been to several different types of doctors regarding my frequent bouts of insomnia. After being proscribed a myriad of different sleeping pills, anti depressants and life style suggestions, I thought a sleep specialist could possibly offer up something more helpful. Not the case with Dr. Norman. What I did receive, aside from a smug dismissive attitude, was a sleep book recommendation (total joke) and a prescription for a very low dose anti anxiety drug that only worked for my insomnia if I took twice the recommended dosage. When I called with concerns regarding the medication I was told to leave a message and that someone would be getting back to me that day. I did finally get a call back about a week later from some curt woman in his office who wanted me to come back for a follow up -- No Thanks. If you are stressed, exhausted and in need of understanding and attentive care avoid this doctor.
