HERE'S ONE FOR YOU!! THIS DOCTOR TOLD ME I DO NOT NEED CERVICAL SURGERY AND MY BROKEN SHOULDER AND TEAR REQUIRED NOTHING. A TOP SURGEON SAID OTHERWISE AND I NOW HAVE RODS IN MY NECK AND HAD THE OTHER NEEDED SURGERIES. YOU GUYS NEED FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS DOCTOR OR GET AN ATTORNEY AND SUE HIM. HOW ABOUT A CLASS ACTION SUITE!

I had Dr Ovadia few times he works for work comp and i mean he really works for work comp they have him in there back pockets. thats all he does he sees patient and makes reports in the favor of the insurance company. i could not trust the things that he told me . so i started to record him so i could compare his reports and depositions. you see when you see him it takes 30 days or so to get the report that he writes 9 out 10 you would think this is not your report. another crook for work comp!!!

If you are a female injured worker RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DR!!! Cannot speak for males. No objectivity, less than minimal time spent, willingness to accept perjured reports from other doctors. He will ruin your future with his pen and not blink... Willing to lie to your face about helping you, then do the opposite. A true proponent in favor of his previous employer...Workers Comp. Run!!!

Dr. Ovadia was void of medical objectivity during our recent exam. He reported "medical opinions" on tests never performed and body parts he never examined, even while admitting he didn't possess any of the medical scans. Ovadia's MEDICAL report (accidentally) exposed his (employer/WC Insurer guided) bias when he misunderstood info provided by the employer and then cited it in his MEDICAL report. Based on this appointment, Dr. Ovadia seems not to be an objective or medically ethical practitioner and should be avoided.

this doctor was terrible. without checking me as soon as i walked in he said i don't know why you are here there is nothing wrong with you. he had a terrible bed side manor, told me to sue my doctor, and sat on me while he pulled my knee . while my knee was popping he continued to tell me there was nothing wrong with me. he wrote a bad report full of lies, so now im trying to find out how to fight all the lies he wrote. i do not like this doctor at all.
