I have been a patient of DR Overcash since the middle to late 80,s. He takes the time to explain what you don't understand. He,s very professional and listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease. ( Not stuffy) Any changes to my insurance I make sure I can keep him as my primary doctor. S. Meriweather

I have extremely complex medical issues and had been put in a very dangerous and unethical situation by a terrible Doctor. I turned to Dr. O for help when I had no one else. And this man has, in my opinion, taken every step possible to truly help me. He's not only shown tremendous technical knowledge of all things related to my health, an understanding of my extensive medical records that blew me away, a quick response to get me the tests I need, the referrals I need, straighten out my medications, but has also most importantly, shown great care and compassion when I had become hopeless. This man has, and will save my life. In two visits, he's given my entire family relief and great hope. After my many experiences over 19 years with so many doctors, many good ones, a few very terrible ones...he has renewed my faith in the fact that there ARE still good and VERY knowledgable, very proactive, kind hearted people, that happen to be fantastic doctors. I cannot express my gratitude enough.… And I don't want to forget to mention the kindness of the very capable staff -- they too have been wonderful. Many doctors should learn from this man.

Dr. Overcash has been my doctor for almost 20 years. Fortunately I am pretty healthy. When I FINALLY do go see Dr. Overcash, he always takes good care of me. I drive from Cumberland area to the west side of town to see him. I can not imagine sharing some of the personal things I have shared with Dr. Overcash with another MD. Dr. Overcash has been my doctor for 15 years. I have an unusual illness that he has diligently worked with me, hand in hand, over that span. I feel blessed to have a doctor that knows every and remembers every aspect of my illness, stays up on modern advances with it; always has something new to offer or advice, and was also my mother's physician for years while she underwent cancer. She was the pickiest of people when selecting a doctor, and was always satisfied with Dr. Overcash. His follow ups and good bookkeeping make the visits flow easily. There is not a huge waiting time to get to see him, and he treats patients as he would a friend. 100% hearty recommendation and many thanks for the many years he has treated me and cared for my various maladies.

Dr. Overcash is the best. I have been a patient for 18 years. I will never use any other primary care physician. He takes his time to make sure that all your questions are answered. He never makes you feel rushed or that you are not his number 1 priority. That is truly rare among doctors today.

Dr Overcash is by far the best doctor I have ever had, he is very caring, knowledgeable, and does not mind spending time talking with patients about there health issues. Dr. Overcash is an excellent doctor. He will tell you exactly whats wrong. He follows up on reports he receives and is very down to earth and has a great bedside manner. He can also be very funny! Pick this doctor and you won't be sorry.
