Dr. Daniel L .Phillips, was very rude! I was very disappointing with the service I received earlier this year. I would not recommend him to anyone. I was looking through my old emails and found the rate your review about my visit. I'm more than pleased to write my opinion on this horrible doctor. I should have done it sooner!!!! I'm not sure if he just does not want to service certain patients . He treated me as if he did not want to touch or talk to me. I wish for know one to have to be treated with such disrespect. I feel that he should just turn away certain patients if he is not wanting to care for them. Rude! Rude! Rude! Maybe he should read the Patient's Bill of Rights. I hope someone will record a video of a doctor's appointment with him and post it on social media an expose him for the rude doctor he is.

First time visiting this doctor but must say he was very attentive, listened closely of my concerns and address head on on how to go able solving the possible problem. Explain the results of the X-ray and found that my concerns were unwarranted. Gave needed information to go forward to help solve my issues. Would highly recommend this doctor and TOA to anyone, very happy with outcome.

Visit with Dr. Phillips was as expected- great! Being a past patient of his, I was quite familiar with his bedside demeanor, professionalism & honesty. He exceeds the bar in all categories!

Dr. Phillip's actually listened even on an extremely busy Monday. He was thorough and I was able to have xrays and a diagnosis, along with fitting if a brace all at one place on the same day. The staff was efficient and professional. The man who fitted the brace was extremely kind, along with professional.

Excellent doctor who clearly knows his craft. Given the age of many folks (most?) that tend to see Orthopaedic doctors on issues such as arthritis, where there is only so much that can be done to alleviate aches & pain, I’m surprise when any orthopedic doctor is rated this high. 4 + stars shows how good he is.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Phillips for many years. He’s treated my osteoarthritis when it was only in my right knee. Now it’s both knees, Bersitis in both shoulders and now osteoarthritis in my lower back. I’m becoming my Mother right before my eyes. Dr Phillips is very thorough and knowledgeable. Never had a complaint.
