Dr. Daniel S Reynolds, MD

After 5 years of pain management there they "terminated "me. The reason why is two fold,, 1. I refused to buy a cell phone.. and 2. If I did they wanted me to put a program on it thats a know virus (Zoom). So because I'm old ( almost 70) they just plain let me go.. Read employees reviews and you will see they are a messed up bunch.. I do NOT recommend.

He saw me every month, not a NP, he always was courteous and took plenty of time with me, He watched my pain med and was concerned about my improvement.

Office staff sometimes rude and incompetent. Dr. Reynolds was disrespectful, humiliating and hurtful toward me in front of several other medical staff while I was under the influence of sedation.

VERY PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY. ALWAYS IN A VERY GOOD MOOD. MAKES HIS PATIENTS FEEL VERY IMPORTANT IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. EXCELENT RESULTS ON TREATMENTS PERFORMED. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. REYNOLDS TOO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND ANYONE THAT WOULD ASK.

Had to drive 75 miles to see this doctor and because not familiar with area, arrived 15 minutes after appointment time only to be told that we had to reschedule because we should have been there 15 minutes before the appointment! And the reception area was empty! We didn't have a cell phone to call, but when you do call, you get a voicemail anyway. So 150 mile round trip and wasted gas for nothing! Will not be going back to see this doctor!

I have had chronic pain after two back surgeries for several years. I was referred to another surgeon in Etown who highly recommended Dr Reynolds. I was seen in about a week. He reviewed my records and prescribed a very effective regemin - my pain went from 8 oit of 10 to 3 out of 10. His staff are very courteous and return calls promptly. Dr Reynold's treatment plan has enabled me to stay employed and greatly improved my quality of life. Kudos! Junkies and pill heads will not get far with Dr Reynolds which is another reason I respect him so much. He focuses his time on the legitament pain patient. The only real negative thing I could say is that he is a Louisville fan and not a Kentucky fan! ;-)

Took my adult son in for chronic back pain. The pain was between his shoulder blades, but he said he needed a series of three shots in the lower back. We agreed to try it and after no results after the second shot I mentioned to his nurse " how does lower back shots help the upper back? She said he makes everyone go through the shots first. Didn't sound right to me. The day he was scheduled for his third shot he woke up deathly ill. I had to rush him to the ER. I called to cancel the shot and the nurse said I'd have to come in to cancel. I told her I was in the ER and couldn't leave him. We got a letter a few days later saying he would no longer treat my son. Very unprofessional

This is the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. Very unprofessional, an immature.

Dr. Reynolds administered my anesthesia prior to my surgery. He was very personable and put me much at ease. Then it was lights out. I never knew what hit me. After surgery I was not nauseated and did not seem to have any side effects from the anesthesia. Thanks Dan Reynolds!
