Was looking forward to treating my neuropathy with new methods. Had 2 office visits one orientation and another for testing all went well until I was told my wife had to come to my appointment for my results. I told them she would not come and that I was the patient and that I was in charge of my own affairs. They took me in to another office where the manger told me that was not how they did things here. I told her what did it matter if a had a wife or if I was single. The treatment would either work or it won’t with or with out a wife. She told me she couldn’t book an hour of the doctor’s time for my results because it would be a waste of his time which made no sense to me. I was the one who was there to get treated. So in the end I asked for the results to all the tests I took that day she refused to send them to me but offered a refund of my money. I took the refund. I then wondered who had wasted who’s time. I went to 2 visits over 3 hours of driving just to get there then 4 hours… for the visits. Then told they would not treat me because my wife would not come for the results to my tests. What a waste of my time is more like it. I was having to good experience until they refused to see me because I would not bring my wife.
