Dr. Daniel Rivlin, MD

Our visit was most unpleasant. The doctor was totally disinterested and very brusque. Also had not read my husband's info and started to prescribe a dosage of antibiotic for him that was contraindicated with the meds he takes. It is only because I asked him about other meds that he asked what meds my husband was taking. If I hadn't asked, my husband would have gotten quite sick from the dosage of the medicine. Must include that my husband had a stroke and is paralyzed on the right side. Stay away from this guy. He's terrible and incompetent.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rivlin for over 5 years. While he and his team seem very competent, the patient experience is consistently unpleasant. Today I went in for my annual checkup and he walked in with 2 students who proceeded to examine me (I was practically naked) without ever stopping to think if I was comfortable or asking for my permission to turn my checkup into a class. I felt like a piece of meat and thought it was disrespectful and inconsiderate. I will take my business elsewhere for sure.

Dr. Rivlin is one of the best doctors I have visited ever. I am in my late 40s and I have had a lot of different doctors in a lot of different specialties. His clinical nature and professional way of conducting himself and his staff is a wonderful change in Miami (just moved here about 2 1/2 years ago). Everyone on his staff is wonderful and has great attitudes. He's able to quickly look over you and really identify what are issues in a skin cancer screening and what is not an issue. I feel incredibly lucky to have found him and like him so much that now my husband fired his old dermatologist (who was horribly incompetent and unprofessional) and now he's a true believer in Dr. Rivlin. Great Doc! Would recommend him to anyone!

We arrived 30 minutes early. I took my daughter there on a referral. I was mandated to fill-out a dossiet of paperwork. Then waited another half an hour. Finally I had to work out. This office is just a cash cow to collect money from insurance companies. You can see the way it is run like a factory to get people in and out. Not the Doctor for me or my daughter.

You are seen at your appointment time. The most time I waited for Dr. Rivlin was 5 minutes. I have had many skin cancers taken off my body and every time..the staff treats me as it's the 1st time and explain anything to me from start to finish. Dr. Rivlin is as professional & warm at the same time
