I'm grateful he provided a helpful second opinion after another doctor told me I would miscarry. However, since then, I have been angry... I randomly got a text reminder about an appointment with the genetic counselor. I called, confused, because I hadn't made the appointment. Turns out they made it for me without my knowledge. Then I learned... the appointment was to review the genetic testing they had done, that I ALSO DIDN'T KNOW WAS BEING DONE. Nobody asked me. They just went ahead and did it. How basic is the level of communication with patients that they're missing here? Why did Dr. Roshan not inform me he would be doing genetic testing, let alone ask for my permission (it's supposed to be optional)? Now I have to make sure my insurance even covered it... and after this experience, I have no faith that he will be communicative or deferent to my preferences when I go into labor. I'm reading other reviews about unnecessary procedures and tests and it all lines up... I'd rather find… a different doctor who actually cares about their patients as humans.

Only giving 1 star as there is nothing lower. I did not see Dr. Roshan himself but 2 other doctors in the practice. The doctor in the park avenue practice was unresponsive and incredibly rude. Waited almost 2 weeks for calls about serious issues to be returned. The ultrasound technician at this location was terrible also and was bitter that ishe could not get baby to change position and blamed me for either eating or not eating prior to visits. Spare yourselves and go elsewhere!!

Lacks empathy & is dismissive. Moreover, did not take time to review test results before appointment. Additionally, office was not responsive with respect to scheduling me for a procedure that I urgently needed despite numerous messages I left for the office manager Norma

Dr roshan has the bedside manner of a postage stamp. He doesn't look at you after the first visit, is always looking at his computer, and tells pregnant women they're gaining too much weight when they're not. Choose anyone ale in the practice.

This is the first OB/ GYN office I know that charges $20 to have medical forms filled out. I have not been to an office that actually CHARGES for this. Also, you better have all forms at one time, since they charge $20 PER REQUEST. Imagine if I had a medical condition that required forms to be filled out multiple times? This office thinks of every way to suck money out of their patients. They also charge $10 per blood draw, even though they send your blood work to an outside lab, which again would charge you a co-pay. So for a second sugar test, where I had blood drawn 4 times in 3 hours, I paid $40, which was $10 per draw. Most OB offices do not charge a blood draw fee, ESPECIALLY, since they send it to an outside lab. Another example of how this office thinks of every way to suck money out of their patients. Service is mediocre here, and the front desk staff are not the best. I scheduled an appointment for a next visit at the front desk - good thing I called a day early… to confirm, because the front desk girl apparently did not even put it through! Also, they are not the most polite either.

Dr Roshan and his staff are excellent. Definitely recommend anyone who will become pregnant to see them. I felt like I was really taken care of by the staff.

Had a great experience! Dr. Jaffe was the best, very caring and supportive! I will definitely be recommending Dr. Jaffe to my friends.

I did not like the doctor or the office staff. You only see a nurse practitioner unless you are willing to wait an extra hour. The sonogram technician physically hurt me. They ran unnecessary tests on me, never told me about them or the results, and sent me a huge bill 7 months later. They refused to answer or return my phone calls about this. A horrible experience in every way.

Always had a good experience at the office with the staff and Dr's. Dr Jaffe was there for my delivery, very friendly and personable! No complains.
