Dr Ruan is the BEST. He removed a thyroid goiter & parathyroid gland. He is kind, understanding, funny, & caring. As well as #1 surgeon in my opinion.

Dr Ruan is an excellent Surgeon! Great communication, caring and compassionate. I had a parathyroidectomy on Feb 1, 2024 and flew home to Montana early the next morning! It all went off without a hitch. I had almost no swelling, definitely no pain and I have a perfect incision that I know will disappear soon. You are in the best hands with Dr Ruan. I give him my highest recommendation and am grateful that I found my way to him!!

Dr Ruan was wonderful, caring, patient, confident, and an expert!! It’s been 2 weeks since my parathyroid surgery and I am doing great! It’s almost as if I didn’t even have surgery. My scar looks good and will be minimal. I sing in 2 choirs and sound exactly the same after the surgery. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I had parathyroid surgery at the Norman Parathyroid Center in Feb of 2022 by Dr. Ruan. After months of complications from the surgery I went to an ENT for a laryngoscopy who referred me to a speech pathologist for a laryngeal videostroboscopy who referred me to a speech therapist for speech therapy. Now a year and a half later I still have voice issues. I would choose another surgeon if I ever need additional surgery.

Dr. Ryan was great! The surgery was very successful. Just had my 6 week checkup and I am completely back to normal. Can’t believe I waited several years before I decided to get it done. No complications whatsoever and was back to work in one day.

Dr. Ruan was not my surgeon , but he stopped by on his rounds and made me feel in such good hands before surgery.

My experience with Dr Ruan was exceptional. Our conversations before, the day of and after surgery provided me with all the information I needed. Dr Ruan answered all my questions and took care of me as if I were his only patient. I cannot recommend him and the center enough for Parathyroid surgery.

It has been nearly 2 months since surgery. Dr Daniel Ruan has a way of making you feel comfortable. He is easy to talk to and answered all my questions without the feeling of being rushed. I am feeling more myself and have more energy again.

Dr Ruan is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to his office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. After our first visit, a week later (today) I had a surgery with him and it went excellent as I was expected. If I ever had to choose someone again, that will be dr. Ruan without any doubt.
