Dr. Daniel Salmeron, MD

I have found that he listens and explains things well. I have seen him for several years and am quite satisfied. Usually you don't have to wait long for your appointment, though do recall one exception -- suppose he may have had an emergency of some sort.

Dr. Salmeron is welcoming of his patient's perspective, demonstrates a non-judgemental attitude while referencing healthiest lifestyle options. The key word is "options" ... He offers as many treatment options that are available and willing to research himself and encourages the patient to research other possible remedies when appropriate. He inquires and listens from a holistic perspective and encourages me to self-direct my own health/lifestyle. He values education and reinforces the right of patients to be informed ... He stays current and freely shares what he has learned within context of care. 5 gold stars!

I went in to get some tests ran after a single event of syncope and every test came back normal but this weirdo quack tried to get me started on some regulatory drugs because he said I was all clogged up . Strangely enough I had an in depth conversation about my sonogram of my carotid artery and the test was read as clean and clear. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this guy for a veteranarian much less a family doctor.

Long wait time in exam room to see doctor (an hour!) I asked for specific blood tests to be run, was told he would. He didn't. Asked for explanation for medications that were called in to pharmacy, but the answer I got was "All doctors prescribe it with that dosage." I can't stress it enough that this was a horrible and emotionally stressful experience. I have no answers to the questions I went in with. The customer service is basically non-existent. I would not recommend this doctor or medical group to anyone.
