Both of my parents saw Dr. Schneider (my dad still does, but my mom passed away). I take them to appointments and am so very grateful for Dr. Schneider and his team. They have been kind and helpful every appointment over the years. It his really helpful to schedule and ask questions online. Both parents had/have chronic conditions and Dr. Schneider and everyone there were knowledgeable and responsive. It's been a challenging few years for our family and they have all been beyond helpful.

Misdiagnosed me as BI-Polar and prescribed medication that caused voices, hallucinations, etc. Eventually got a hold of a family friend who is a retired trauma surgeon I have known for 40 years. I described my prescription and diagnosis and he saw me right away and stopped the BI-Polar medication immediately and I was fine in a day. What a nightmare, Schnieder is a poor listener, gave a bad diagnosis and overall provided a very poor experience.
