I started seeing Dr. Serrato early 2018. I have found, in a short time, He is a very professional person and cares about the pain his patients experience.

He has helped so much with neck and back. Very thorough, explains what he is doing with giving injections. No surprises. If you are looking for Doctor who gives meds for no proof of your pain. Keep walking, not happening. Great Doctor.

Good luck even trying to make an appointment. Staff are obviously too busy to answer the phone so they leave it on “after hours” service even during regular hours. No problems with Dr Serrato at all, but he badly needs to change his staff.

Long wait for 1 minute with Dr. Staff is rude and whole practice is unprofessional

You go for help and walk away feeling like his burden. He explains your issue then makes you feel like an idiot for not knowing how to fix. Sorry doc, but I left my medical degree at home. Bad experience but no choices in the area.

The waiting room always had 30-40 patients, you waited for 1-2 hours and Dr. Serrato never spent more than 3-5 minutes with me. After your appointment you took a seat to wait to get your next appointment. There were 5-6 seats in this area and Dr. Serrato did transcription in front of other patients about the last patient he saw. His receptionist never smiled once in the almost 2 years I went there. Just a bad experience all around. Very unethical.

Been in pain treatment for over 10 years. 2 previous pain Dr's failed to bring. Pain under control. This prevented me from functioning on a daily basis. By my second appointment with Dr Serrato, taking advantage of the oral meds along with injections he recommended, I now enjoy each day. He's sttraight up, doesn't play, and does his job. If your just looking for drugs, keep scrolling. His staff is as good as they come.

Dr. Serrato is very rude. His bedside manner is terrible.

The doctor was rude no manner he said he will not Treat me because how I look I have tattoos and I have a piercing in my face and he said people with tattoos and piercing have mental problems.i thought he to help people not discriminate .
