Dr Daniel Franco Sousa

Beyond awful in regards to patient attentiveness, compassion & is completely, disgustingly neglectful to the degree of medical negligence. My experience with Dr. Daniel Sousa from Southcoast Truesdale Pulmonary has been that of having any & all of my serious, life threatening symptoms/events being callously, rudely dismissed & ignored every single appointment had with him. My daughter was a repeated witness to that behavior & wants him reported to the state medical board. No matter what is clearly explained to him he denies the facts & then falsifies the medical information to fit his own agenda & narrative, it's very strange & unacceptable for any physician to conduct themselves this way. His Southcoast "award" is seen as just a farce by the patients & their loved ones suffering & harmed by him due to whatever biases/prejudices he holds against them. It is of little comfort, worthless & undeserved for the people who get worse & may pass away under his "care". Dr. Sousa needs to check… his ego at the door & think about how he himself would like to be treated if the roles were ever reversed.

FANTASTIC DOCTOR

Doctor Sousa took care of my wife for over 10 years and gave her great care,showed compassion.It gave her 10 good years before her illness finally caught up to her,If not for doctor Sousa I believe my wife would have died sooned.He is a first rate doctor and a class act.I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sousa for 3 years. I find him to be thorough, helpful, concerned and gives me all the time I need during my office visit for questions, etc. I highly recommend him to friends and family that are in need of a pulmonary specialist.

Regardless of any medical expertise this Dr. may have or not have, he is in dire need of more patience and compassion for patients.
