Dr. Daniel Steffins, DC, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors from Parker University. He spent more than 20 years building and caring for a chiropractic practice in Louisiana before relocating with his family to North County San Diego in 2025. Today, as the owner of Innate Health & Healing, he is passionate about helping patients move more comfortably, manage pain, and get back to the activities they enjoy.
With a strong focus on whole-person care, Dr. Steffins has completed extensive advanced training in spine care, rehabilitation, movement assessment, and soft tissue treatment. His additional certifications include primary spine care, functional movement assessment, neuromuscular reeducation, and soft tissue rehabilitation. In 2023, he became one of the first chiropractors in the nation to earn a Fellowship in Primary Spine Care.
