Dr. Daniel Stein Stein Lifshitz, MD

I saw him for the first time two months ago. The visit was nothing espectacular, he was cold and distant not much interest in my issues but at least sent a refill of my medications. The following month I was in between insurance I could not see him, but I can get medications with the insurance. Requested a refill of a behavioral health medication, Mr Stein never sent it to the pharmacy, I had to talk to my primary doctor to send a refill or I will end up in the hospital. Today I had a telemedicine to refill this medication, the irresponsible Mr. Daniel Stein never called, now I have to ask my primary doctor again while I look for another behavioral health (this time I’ll make sure is a professional. For your behavioral health care stay away from Mr Stein and his office, they never answer the calls nor they return it. He is a bad unprofessional individual with a terrible clinic and attitude. Ran away from the mediocrity and unprofessionally office, they should lose their license.!

it was short and sweet, very cold, very defensive, and that was coming from this "so called professional" that made my first appointment, my last... this guy should be sued for his personality malpractice FYI, it makes you toss him a star, and I think its a joke and he deserves a ZERO stars or negative stars option..

Terrible doest care

I had a telehealth appointment with this doctor today but he never called. I spoke to 4 staff members and a message was left fir the Supervisor but still nobody has called me. I’m now going to run out of meds so please call me immediately.

Incompetent, unprofessional, very bad at following through. Lacks a warm manner. Front office and answering service never follow through.

Absolutely unprofessional! Suffer from severe depression and spent 3 days trying to get appointment. After finally getting an appointment they called the wrong number. Got rescheduled for 5pm the next day and noone called at all. Very uncaring staff at Compass Health system. My name is Daisy Munoz and I would not ever recommend this place or this Dr.

I've been seeing the doctor for over a year staff does not greet you nor acknowledge you and now that they put in a self checkin system they don't follow up to make sure that every patient is checked in several time i have been there for hours one time there for over an hour they called my name doctor will not see me and they will just call my prescription in. i wonder if they billed my insurance another time i came in an 1hr early after 3 hrs i had to leave get my son from school and come back waited another hour and saw someone else. today i went in at 530pm appointment was for 545 at 6 pm the front desk called me and said doctor has left and will not see me so now everyone is gone no prescription filled and i can't complain to anyone this place just over books patients they just want a quck turn aroud of number of patients . this so called Dr. Daniel Stein is driving me crazy i am afraid i will loose it one day and wind up in jail because of him . i have been extremely kind and… patience but i am loosing this battle with him why don't they have more than one doctor and when they are they don't stick around long compass health should get rid of this dr. and retrain there staff or get rid of them as well

You book an appt. with a physician and without telling you they give you the nurse practitioner. When you ask why, they simply tell you to leave if you don't like it.

Was fourth appt for three pm. 60 plus people awaiting to see dr. Ahead of me. Deli counter works faster. Humana makes doctors this desperate and desperate patients suffer greatly. Walked out after hour wait and still DOZENS ahead of me. Compass and Stein nothing but money hungry people. Don’t care about sick people. No wonder there are so many untreated people suffering from mental illness if this is the type of practice we have to put up with. Boo on dr. Daniel Stein and his compass group.
