Dr. Daniel Thomas Suzuki, MD

I never got to the appointment stage with these people because they refused to return my phone calls. I was dealing with “Lupe” who emailed me a form to fill out to start the enrollment process. I completed and returned it promptly. Never heard back. I left countless voicemails but never heard back. Crickets. How does a health care facility function with practices like this? Supposed to be in the business of helping people. It was a dismal experience and I’m quite glad I only got so far. I cannot imagine how badly treated I would have been. Good riddance to Lupe and Dr. Suzuki.

I have been a patient of Dr. Suzuki for over ten years. I believe he is the most qualified, knowledgeable, and caring psychiatrist around. He has always made time for me when I needed him and has helped keep me stable for many years. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I have been seeing Dr. Suzuki for over a year now. He is very nice, kind and helpful. He always returns my calls, and answers all my questions. Hes a great doctor that I highly recommend. It is totally worth the 45 minute commute I drive to see him.

He seems nice and knowledgeable. However, the office was rude and incompetent. The always has problems with my insurance company and sends me incorrect billing all the time. After six months of that, I switched to another doctor in Pasadena, It was just too frustrating and simply not worth the time and effort to see him

I saw Dr. Suzuki two weeks ago for a second opinion consultation. The office staff was not very helpful on the phone. My regular psychiatrist already faxed my record over several time but his staff kept insisting that they had never got them. Dr. Suzuki himself had to go and found the record by the fax machine. He was very kind and gentle. He spent about thirty minutes with me. Answered my question. I was happy about my time with him.

Very rude office staff. Impossible to get an appointment.
