Dr. Daniel Tiangleng Tan, MD

Dr. Tan treats my son for the past year and he is doing so much better both at home and at school. We understand medication only helps, not cure, it's no magic pill. He explains everything so well and we totally trust him. He is the best.

He is only interested in prescribing meds.

I took an appointment with Dr. Tan for my son, then I had to cancel the day before because I had a bad cough. They didn't like this at Tan's office. When I called Dr. Tan discussing the medication that he prescribed he asked me why I canceled my app. Then the next time when he saw me, he asked me why I canceled 2 times, I said one time only I had to cancel..then after 2 months when I tried to take an app. again, his naughty assistant gave an appointment, when I went there, they told me that I didn't even call her to take the appointment, what a liar!!! Just playing a game on me. Then when Dr. Tan saw me, he told me u are here and u didn't take any appointment, I wanted to show him on my cell the day I spoke with his assistant, he refused and he told me to look for another psychiatrist. I think he needs to know that his assistant is acting mean not only with me with so many others and she acts bossy. ..he is really a caring doctor...but when he is surrounded by a bad assistant who knows… everything in the office, sure he is ready to loose a patient but not her. But the thing is, I don't know why he believed in whatever she told him against me!!!

Dr. Tan is a caring doctor but his assistant is a very bad person

Dr. Tan saw my 5 yr old son and correctly diagnosed him with ADHD. Now 21yrs old, I tried to make an appointment for him with Dr Tan again....and was told Dr.Tan would not see him and that he needed to see another Doctor.. Sad that she was so cold on the phone....

I really like Dr. Tan. He is kind, caring, personable, and professional. He is easy to talk to. My daughter and I have only seen him twice, however, first impressions are everlasting.
