Dr. Daniel S Temeles, MD

My experience with Dr Dan was truly a very positive one. Not only did he cure me but he did it with compassion and honesty. He turned a bad experience into a positive blessing. Thank you and your staff for making my experience with cancer very tolerable. I deeply appreciate you.

I was not treated by Dr Temeles. He treated my husband. while my husband is not living, I know what Larry thought of Temeles. He thought Dan was brilliant yet accessible. He TALKED to Dan. He found Dan credible, matter-of-fact, and the right doc at the right time. There was medical drama along the way ( kidney stones that presented like they were the diseas on the move. The disease revealing itself in the brain in a late MRI). each time Temeles was Focused, responsive, present . Near the end that we didn't see coming, Temeles "disappeared" from us. Larry's medical needs were being met but I saw him hurt emotionally when Dan didn't show up . It was like we got dropped. I wasn't able to track back later and say"what happened?" It was hard to see my husband 's missing his physician who felt like his friend in a deep way. Staff said things like"Temeles doesn't come out to the hospital " or similar words. Maybe I could have been a better wife and called Dan personally. There was a wall… across the situation- a barrier- and right or wrong I left it alone. I also thought the withdrawal from my dying husband was a defense or a protective move. Knowing this, would I still have agreed on Temeles for Larry's care? Y E S.
