Dr. Daniel Owen Thompson, MD

I had an infected tooth that needed to be pulled. The service went relatively fine. I got home and looked at the new gaping hole in between two teeth and saw alot of plaque and stuff in adjacent teeth that needed to be scraped off. I did that myself with a pocket knife. After paying hundreds of dollars for a tooth removal.... why should a patient have to go home and scrape their teeth clean with a pocket knife?! How selfish and unprofessional is that for a "professional" dentist? All it would have taken was a couple of extra minutes in the chair. Needless to say I am shopping for a new dentist.

Dr. Thompson is a good doctor, but he has taken on more than he can handle and the office staff and other doctors are either not competent or too busy to take up his slack. Also, if you are looking for a family doctor feel, don't go here- they won't remember you even if they see you three days in a row!

Daniel Thompson is the worst doctor in Utah. his breath smells like a fat person's farts.

The wait time is always pretty lengthy but he spends a lot of time with me and I never feel rushed.
