Dr. Daniel B Tovey, MD

The whole staff was extremely nice and helpful, but my experience with Dr. Tovey was not. I went in to request lab work for symptoms I?ve been having. He refused to order the labs because he saw no problem. He offered to send me to a specialist if I really wanted to investigate, which I appreciated. This all would?ve been okay and understandable, except that Dr. Tovey treated me with dismissal and rudeness. I felt very uncomfortable in his office and left crying because of the way he talked to me. The experience really caught me off guard because usually doctors have kindly listened to my questions and concerns, but he approached all of mine as if he was angry that I even asked about the labs.

dr tovey is currently disappointed in me because i forgot he took away my car because i was bad, and i took it to school today. his great doctor ability translates to being a great parent.

I've been a patient of Dr.Tovey's for 12+ years, he has always listened to my concerns and been very helpful with Treatment of my health. He is very knowledgeable of many medical conditions and treatments. When he don't have an answer he knows where to send you to get what you need and he always is up to date on treatment and visits to other providers or specialist. He is very nice exellant bedside manor, non-judgemental. Those people with the negative reviews apparently are not talking about the same Dr for one thing Dr W does not have a nurse named Tara never has to my knowledge red highly recommend him to anyone in your family that is if you want excellent Health Care.

A caring Dr. that actually listens to Your concerns as a patient & from My experience this is a rare thing!Although as like any good Dr. there are times due to extreme patient loads & overwhelming ridiculous Government & FDA crap that time is needed to see Him

I went in for professional opinion and was only displeased at his first sentence as he sat down. And a call back with no advice on the situation. My only thought is you have to know him for any kind of help. Sorry to have met you Dr. Tovey. Best wishes to you and that is more than you gave.

Dr Tovey was nice enough. All went well at the appointment. It was after where he and his staff is lacking. There was no follow through. Had to wait 3-4 weeks for him to call in the prescription HE prescribed. When I called his office about my calls were never returned. Found out there is no communication or follow through with him or his staff. Found a new doctor

I needed to see Dr. Tovey, and have some blood tests done, so I called to see if it was possible to get in the same day, and they got me in early. I checked in, and waited about 10 minutes, then weighed in and waited in the room for about 5 minutes, and he came in. We discussed the reason I was there, and shotly after the nurse came and drew my blood. It was all very quick, but Dr Tovey was as usual very kind, and remembered my issues from a year ago. He has been a great family doctor for me.

This doctor is not misdiagnosed my situation, but he is also extremely dangerous. I almost lost my life because of his rash and ignorant decisions regarding my health.After speaking with other friends and family I have come to learn that they also have additional situation. Everything from false claims about speaking to specialists to downplaying serious health situations to even yelling at patients. Please be cautious about any interaction you may have with him. He is a VERY dangerous doctor.

This doctor was very unprofessional and insulted me several times. He stated that he was glad I was sick (which is not appropriate, even if sarcastic) and sent me off with no help saying there was nothing wrong.

Dr. Tovey is super nice and compassionate. I felt like he was treating me like a friend or family member rather than a patient. He genuienly cared for me and showed concern for me. He is amazing at what he does.
