Dr. Daniel Trock, MD

He's arrogant, doesn't care about the patient, wouldn't even more from his computer to look or touch the patient. I'd give him a minus score if I could.

He is a great dr he answers all my questions and takes time to listen to me I never knew he does family planning

Dr. Trock has been my primary care doctor for the last four years. I have found him to be exceedingly competent and most compassionate. Dr. Trock treats his patients as he would want his own family to be treated. The office environment is very comfortable and the nurses, physician assistants and staff are very friendly.

Dr. Trock has been my PCP for 7 years. He always shows concern, patience, and understanding. I am a quiet person and appreciate Dr. Trock's understated style. He doesn't rush me like other Doctors I have seen.

Dr Trock is just wonderful and his #1 nurse is an absolute joy to be around! I am so incredibly happy with the efficiency and quality of care I receive, each and every time i go there. Don't ever leave you two!

Absolutely horrid Doctor. I am a 21 year old female that came to Doctor Trock for the first time since being out of pediatric care. I was experiencing very painful symptoms of a newly diagnosed IBS. Other than getting to my appointment perfectly on time, I had to wait in the waiting room for over an HOUR until I could see him. Sat there while I watched people come in after me and get called in before me. It was completely unnessasary. Then I get called back to be seen and the nurse that took me back was VERY rude. I asked her why I had to wait so long in a very friendly manner, and all I get back was "dr Trock got held up, step on the scale." Kept my mouth shut tight until I got in the doctors office where I had to wait another 35 minutes for someone to see me. A nurse practitioner came in asked me questions and left then another 10 minutes later Doctor trock came in with a student assistant which he asked if she could be present. I said sure. This doctor stood there asking my… questions about my bowels like it disgusted him. He shot me very judgemental glances and made me feel disgusting. I walked out of that office NO CLOSER to finding a soulution to my painful embarrassing problem. Dr trock is a croc. I will never ever go back there again.

In the several years of being a patient of Dr. Trock's, I never once met or spoke to the doctor. I have seen a variety of PA's, none of whom ever give a straight answer about a diagnosis. Each step of the diagnosis requires a separate "follow up" visit, where another copay gets collected and insurance gets billed. I have waited days to get test results from the complacent nursing staff. Dr. Trock will order diagnostic tests from his office chair, without ever stepping foot into the examination room. Terrible quality of patient care... RUN don't walk away from this entire practice!

Very poor doctor. Refuses to come prepared to appointments with patient history. He is rude and will not discuss any issues over the phone. If you would like to talk with him about a problem he insists you come in so he can bill your insurance and get a copay. This guy is a black eye for a practice with an already declining quality of care.

Dr. Trock is a joke. I dont know how he managed to get a doctorate. This so called doctor blames everything on my mothers smoking, even when she goes to him for being sick with signs of an upper respiratory infection after being in contact with someone who had an upper respiratory virus. He only seems to focus on her lungs and the fact that she smokes. She has been trying for years to quit and has been unable so far. He just brushes that off like its something easy to do. If I could rate him a 0 star I would. Every time she deals with him its never a positive result. I am trying to convince her that she needs to change doctors! The office staff that he works with are rude and unprofessional. The only exception are the nurse practicioners. They actually seem caring and have a bedside manor. They actually help her more than the doctor.
